Casa Tookan by EverdreamSoft SA. How to delete your account and what happens to your data.

Your account in Casa Tookan

Casa Tookan has no email or password account. Your casas and their keys live only on your phone. The only account on our servers is your Casa Tookan passport, the CEID (Casa Estates ID), which is optional: your username, the casas you linked to it, your Tookans and your profile picture.

Delete it in the app

Open Casa Tookan and go to the My Profile tab.
Tap Edit under your passport.
Tap Delete my CEID at the bottom of the page, then Delete for good.

The deletion happens at once.

Without the app

Write to info@everdreamsoft.com with the subject “Delete my CEID” and give your username or CEID number. We will ask you to confirm the CEID is yours, then delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your username, the casas linked to your CEID and the addresses apps could see, your Tookans and their history, your profile picture and your devices. Apps you signed in to with your CEID lose your account. Tookans are not refunded.

What is kept, and for how long

Your username stays reserved for 30 days, then anyone may take it.
For 30 days, the same phrase or device cannot create a new CEID, and for 90 days your addresses cannot join another CEID (a new CEID from the same phrase gets them back at once).
A record of the deleted CEID: its number (never given again), its dates, the deleting key and the purchase ID, so a later store refund can be handled.
Usage statistics and account activity: up to 25 months, then only as anonymous, aggregated figures. Server logs: up to 1 year.

On your phone and on-chain

Your casas and their funds stay in the app: deleting the CEID does not touch them. To remove them from the phone, uninstall Casa Tookan; keep your 12-word recovery phrase if you want them back. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted by anyone.
