I lost my phone or deleted the app
Your casa comes back from its 12-word recovery phrase: install Casa Tookan and choose to restore. Casa Tookan is self-custodial: we never have your phrase or your keys, so we cannot restore a casa for you without it.
Updating from an older version
Before you update, write down your 12-word recovery phrase and keep it offline. The new version takes over your casa on first launch; the phrase is your safety net if anything goes wrong.
Someone asks for my recovery phrase
Never share it. EverdreamSoft will never ask for your recovery phrase, your PIN or a screenshot of your keys, by email, chat or anywhere else. Anyone who asks is trying to steal your assets.
Something looks wrong with a transaction
Before you sign, Casa Tookan shows what you send: asset, amount, recipient and fee. If it doesn’t match what you expect, don’t sign. Blockchain transactions can’t be cancelled once confirmed.
